This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is #connectingwithnature which reminds us how simple activities like gardening and getting outside for a walk can really help our mental health and wellbeing.

We share a presentation delivered by our charity’s Chair, Annie Peters, which includes lots of helpful resources and tips on how to protect our mental health and prioritise our wellbeing.
